Struggling with mental health is something every human goes through, regardless of background and lifestyle. Despite this, we often feel alone and shameful of what we perceive as a failure or weakness when we are challenged. This presentation will aim to normalize all mental health experiences and promote a discussion of acceptance and self-compassion.

The main driver of human nature is to belong to a group. How do we find these groups? A support system is that you have a network of people that can provide you with practical or emotional support. These support systems will help improve overall health and have been shown to reduce stress and anxiety. This class will discuss how to find and create support systems as well as the benefits of them.

The last 18 months have affected us all in different ways, in this panel we speak with content creators to find out how they have adapted to this new way of living and working.
